On June 2, 2026, Hu Yuting, Deputy Secretary of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Jilin Province, led a delegation to conduct an inspection tour in Liaoyuan City and paid another site visit to the construction site of CNTY’s Liaoyuan Integrated Hydrogen-derivatives Energy Project, gaining in-depth insights into the project’s progress and the layout of the new energy industry. Leading officials from the Provincial People’s Government, Jilin Provincial Energy Bureau and Liaoyuan Municipal Government accompanied the inspection, together with Yan Shengjun, Chairman of CNTY, and Wang Peng, Vice President of CNTY.
As one of the landmark new energy projects in Jilin Province, CNTY’s Liaoyuan Project is nearing completion and commissioning. At the project site, Governor Hu Yuting urged the enterprise to seize opportunities and build a modern, international green smart plant. He advised the company to innovate business models, scale up straw collection, storage and transportation to secure stable raw material supply and achieve win-win development for all parties. The enterprise shall establish a refined whole-life-cycle carbon intensity control system, strengthen carbon footprint management, and boost its core competitiveness.
Governor Hu commended the phased achievements made in the project construction. He encouraged CNTY to continuously leverage its technological strengths and industrial leading role in the new energy sector, injecting fresh green momentum into the comprehensive revitalization and high-quality development of Jilin Province.
CNTY will earnestly implement the requirements put forward during Governor Hu’s inspection, making every effort to guarantee the project is completed, commissioned and delivers expected benefits on schedule. Taking Liaoyuan as a key strategic pivot, the company will further advance technological innovation and international cooperation, speed up the development of a benchmark integrated energy project, and contribute Tianying’s strength to the green energy industrial system of Jilin Province.
